hes just a little dickhead.

he made fun of my all star football career, playing one season for a division 2 school is just shy of being a pro, everyone knows that.

then he made fun of my undescended testicle. totally not cool.

its caused me to walk lopsided my entire life.

See, I knew you could take a joke or two. We should get together and lift sometime if you're ever in the area.

Post first cycle of course - I don't want to embarrass you that bad being a natty and still outlifting you.  :-*

I honestly only hack squat.

I cant put my arm behind my neck to hold a bar, shoulders too bad.

I can squat on a smith cause you really dont need to secure the bar.

I have thought about picking up a yolk from elitefts or similar but i realized I dont give that much fucks about it.

Hey we're both in the bad shoulder club but i'm only limited with not doing shoulder presses and incline.

I can do the low incline hammer tho.

Several honorable members here have seen my pics.

Why not just post them on this thread and show everyone what you achieved naturally?
Same question for MAXX.

100-150 grams of protein is all a Lifetime Natural needs.

No idea on a roider though.

I was eating 100 grams of protein when I first starting lifting in the late 80s.

The rule of thumb is 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. You can adjust from there. Some may need more protein; other may need less.

That rule was written by mountebanks and miscreants.

When I first starting training, I weighed 136 lb. So, that would fit both your requirement and the 1g/lb bodyweight rule.

But for some reason, 136 grams of protein wasn't sufficient for me to break 200 lb., back in the day.

Plus, it's a recommendation, not a commandment.

I have done high protein (1.5-2.5 grams per lb of bodyweight) bulking and dieting years ago.  Worst results were when dieting with high protein.

I have done high protein (1-1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight) as well. In my younger years, 1.5g/lb worked well in terms of increasing size and strength.

Now, I'm at about 1 gram per lb; some days I go lower, particularly when I'm not training. I went high protein with too few carbs when trying to diet/drop weight. That didn't work too well.

Same here.  Did it twice actually.  Worst dieting ever.  It got so bad some of my lifts were down 50 percent or more and it was just awful.

I actually did pretty well on a "paleo" style diet. Dropped a bunch of weight and got stronger in most lifts.
