Hey bros, so the last month I decided to mix it up a bit, for the first time ever I completely stopped all cardio, I've always been a huge advocate of cardio..not to mention I was always scared that if I stopped I would put on fat..well the results are speaking for themselves. .I am focusing a lot more on my diet, and to my surprise it is working. .my muscles are fuller, tighter, I dont feel burnt out or depleted and I have more power, plus im getting an extra hour of sleep every night.. before I was doing am cardio at least 5 days a week..I think I was just burning a lot of muscle away..if u guys haven't tried this I encourage you to do so..no more 5,000 cal breakfasts for me at least for the time being.
