Bodybuilders don't care about single reps. In the world of weightlifting Olympic lifters should be considered the sprinters and bodybuilders the marathon runners. Bodybuilders are doing many exercises in general with a lot of sets. Olympic lifters and Powerlifters use a few exercises for low sets of low reps. I bet many power lifters couldn't keep up with Arnold back in the day for his two a day routines 6 days a week. Doing 20 sets a body part they would be gasping for breath.

Ridiculous build, lats insert so low, quads defined from top to bottom, everything in proportion. Literally looks like he was chiselled from clay.
Peak arnie and haney would have been the best battle, the last 2 great physiques before fat and bloat appearance became part of the criteria
