thats true, alot of people use that pec dec/rear delt machine now instead,arnold always use to say how most people do flyes wrong,he says u got to pretend u r trying to bring your arms around a big barrel in a wide circuler motion

EXACTLY..i do flyes almost every workout,'i never use the pec deck,,sometimes rear delt part I do..

thats cool,ya know whats funny is that after all these years of learning as much as i can about bodybuilding,training and diet, im still pretty much using the same exercises i used when i started out,lol. for instance when i started out a older bodybuilder guy at my gym wrote me out a program, the chest routine he wrote me is the same one im using now, over the years ive experimented with different programs but when its all said and done,the exercises that arnold and even reeves used still work today, arnold did bench presses,dips,inclines,flyes ect, im pretty sure u guys will agree that it gave arnold a  nice shape and nice mass on his pecs

very cool pic, thats what looked cool about 70,s bodybuilders, how they look good in clothes and not like someone put clothes over a refrigerater,i saw ronnie at the nats in 2000 and he looked like a walking refrigerater with a pink suit on , kinda looked weird cause he was so wide

Not only did they look good on a bbing stage they looked great in clothes just in everyday life , out of place in a way but at the same time not out of place , I dunno hard to describe. Coleman looked cartoonish and funny in person. Sure looked great in mandatory bbing poses on stage but looked like shit and almost awkward while walking around in public.
