I was only looking at this shot the other day and thinking its got to be one of the best workout shots ever. Looks like a complete monster.

Look at this picture below. This would never win the O today because by today's standards he is not in condition. In shape. He doesn't have the dry, striated, vascularity that is the hallmark of what is termed "conditioned" today.

How ironic that this is what is now termed "in shape" and "in conditioned" when we all know that a stage ready bber is at death's door.

When I look at Arnold I see robust health. Strong and full and actually functional, which when compared with today's pros means you can walk normally and not be gasping for air after a flight of stairs
