That's incorrect. Arnold more than holds his own in the back department, even in 1980.

Loved the way Arnold hit the rdb. Even the way his lower tricep just popped and separated. And of course his back was like, as Waller described, a road map. When he hit that pose everything, including his calves, just lit up.
I HATE the way they do it now. Stomping back to hit a calf shot and slightly squatting down. It's so
lame and undignified. When Arnold did it he just stood straight and upright like a normal person and then BOOM! Everything exploded.
The older I get the more things today just suck.
