well the difference is mine is a good one.
and secondly you have mentioned your squat 900 times by now.  Let's see some pictures if you want some positive feedback otherwise no one wants to hear it over and over.
Actually i have decided to take a break from squats i have this black mark at the back of my neck from the bar and the back of my neck is also sore,  for the next few weeks i am only going to do leg press and hack squats.

why don't you start training biceps heavy again? obviously your legs are your best bodypart and you train those to keep growing... max out your biceps too.

i'm 5 7" 175lbs AND Ripped so I highly doubt that.
Okay so you are not a big guy well you should not be ripping on my bodyweight then.

 What i am going to do is work on my bench, right now i am only benching 195 pounds but the difference is i bring the bar down untill it touches my chest for 10 reps. A lot of people bench heavy but they only bring the bar half way down.

Your numbers don't make any sense.  500lbs easy on squat yet your leg press is nothing special, and the rest of your lifts are lopsided as well.

If your stats were more balanced, (at least a stronger leg press) then I would give you credit.

At a body weight of 168 i did 450 squat for 10 reps and 355 deadlift for 6 reps, right now i am weighting 175, but pound for pound i think i am the strongest on getbig is there anybody on here who can beat those lifts.

Derik Farnsworth does over 800 pound squats at a bodyweight equal or even less then yours(natural) I'm sure his deadlift is somewhere close to 700...Puts you to shame buddy               Sorry!  Try the womans board!

 So you are saying that this guy weighs 175 pounds or less, i say bullshit he must weigh more than i do. There are guys in my gym who have being working out for 20 plus years and they say in all their years they have never seen a guy my size squat so much.

I love the b*tch pad.  I use it on everything.  Squats.  Shoulder presses. bicep curls.  I even put it in my crotch during crunches.  Better safe than sorry, right?

 I have a good size trap but the bone in the middle at the back of the traps is where i have the black mark and its also sore, if you look at johnnie jackson you will it how big that bone is, i do not want mine to end up like that.

 The pad is useless when you have so much weight on your back you can actually feel it crushing into the back of your traps.
