why don't you start training biceps heavy again? obviously your legs are your best bodypart and you train those to keep growing... max out your biceps too.
At a body weight of 168 i did 450 squat for 10 reps and 355 deadlift for 6 reps, right now i am weighting 175, but pound for pound i think i am the strongest on getbig is there anybody on here who can beat those lifts.
Derik Farnsworth does over 800 pound squats at a bodyweight equal or even less then yours(natural) I'm sure his deadlift is somewhere close to 700...Puts you to shame buddy Sorry! Try the womans board!
Actually i have decided to take a break from squats i have this black mark at the back of my neck from the bar and the back of my neck is also sore, for the next few weeks i am only going to do leg press and hack squats.
