Flex wheeler now a days

I know flex has had no choice but to cut back on every thing because of health problems but i thought he was supposed to be naturaly big any way, well at least the way people used to talk about his genetics any way, but don't worry am not having a go, its just werid seeing him that small after all his years in pro bb,

flex was big while on the juice only. He knows that. But now he is kicking ass karate style. He should join the UFC and show does chumps how its done. They can't touch him on speed and technique ;D

when he was training for the arnold classic in 2005 for the karate match he was in, he was in pretty good shape

GENETICS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW YOU LOOK WHEN U DONT TRAIN AT ALL... ITS HOW YOUR BODY SHAPES SO TO SPEAK WHEN YOU DO TRAIN AND START TO PUT ON MUSCLE..

Flex looks great, I went to dinner with him at the O, and he looked healthy and strong, and still pretty solid, obviously not like the Flex that graced the stage, but still he looked big enough for the lay man to say , yep he,s a big dude !!!

The big change(for the better) is in his head and his thinking !

these retired guys would look better if they wore clothes that fit them, instead of refusing to part with their xxxl tshirts that they used to be able to fill out.
nowdays they all look like a coat rack with a parachute thrown over it
