Hi Big LEE

am new here and i wish to get some ideas on my question, i did a show Nov. 05 and my flight was 26hrs to reach L.A from my home!!!!! so HOW TO CONTROL THE WATER INTAKE in this case?!

eat only protein while on the flight and drink at least a gallon. Also make sure 2 get there wednesday for a saturday show. Start carb loading a soon as you hit the hotel room.

MM-Pro You look awesome dude, the trick with flying is to keep your water intake very very high whilst in the air, the more you drink the more you will pass, you have to make sure the body notices the abundance of fluid being taken on board so it doesn't feel dehydrated and starts to hold on to the fluid , you can also take a mild herbal diuretic to keep the fluid flushing, take a herbal every 4 hrs or so.

i come from BAHRAIN,, its close to Kuwait and DUBAI if u heard of it... and from where i live i cant take one way to L.A so its like that Bahrain to London 7hrs and 5hrs in airport then london to L.A 13hrs ,, with checking out the Bags and Taxi to hotel i guess for sure more than 26hrs... u can do the math

Hi Sami,

Wow, 26 hrs in the air... that's long! I'd go stir crazy.
The longest I can take is a 5hr flight from Toronto to LA.

Drink PLENTY of water enroute, and walk around the plane alot if you are able to.

Yes it is a Natural show and i have been tested 2 times in this show, and i passed

While I was in Venice on holiday there was a South American muscle Mania competitor (from somewhere near Argentina as I recall) staying in the same place as me. He told me that he was allowed to take drugs in the off-season and he told me that he did. I got the feeling he would've told the head judge exactly the same if he had've asked him. So that guy wasn't natural I know that much.

To me that is what I call HYPOCRISY at its best------this is the very reason why these so called natural federations are a scam !!!

I am actualy surprised you got tested as 95% of the so called natural shows do not !!!

I know a National Natural Champ/Muscle mania champ who was useing GH,stanazol and halo testin for the shows .

Now thats what I call CHEATING !!!

Not all natural feds are like that.

If he says he is natural and he passed the test then who really cares. He looks great. IF someone really wants to be certian they are competing in a natural fed theres always the WNBF.

Thats cool Prime , if it doesn't bother you then you have one less thing to worry about , but me , well it gets under my skin a bit, I mean a little honesty goes a long way , and what about the "True" naturals whom go in these shows hoping for a even playing field !!

Actually allot of people care about this subject as I wrote a article on this very topic for Muscle Mag Intl a while ago and they got more mail over this article than they have ever had !!!

Ya I agree Hardcore, I have a friend who's just 50 in '04 so he did the over 50 for the Cal. But he doesn't do any steroids and it pisses him when he does natural shows that people cheat.

Shouldn't be called natural if it is not, IMO.
