I go to a small gym in the hood. Dirty and gritty, but they have some great older equipment and tons of free weights.
1 shadow boxer
1 skinny moron getting stuck under 315 trying to impress some skanky ho that was with him. I rescued him.
5 people talking/texting on their phones, doing 1 set every 10-15 minutes (this is a disease).
2 people standing around jaw-jacking... never saw them do 1 set.
I did 5 sets squats, 4 sets leg press, 7 sets leg curls. I was in and out in 1 hour.
