He received 90 days at Riker's Island for the first offense, and 6 months at Hudson County when his residency permit expired and wasn't renewed when he showed up at customs after going to Spain for the Arnold Europe. He also was charged with the possession and distribution of butanediol in July 2004 and pleaded guilty in the third degree, which saved him probation or jail time in that case.

Sorry, isn't this unfortunate coloured bloke from Venezuela or somewhere in South America? How is he living in America after having felony convictions? If you have a VISA isn't it cancelled immediately in this situation?

I've been locked up in Texas for kicking down someone's front door and had ICE interviewing me in jail trying to figure out what to do with me and it cost me over 6,000 dollars (bail was 4,000 but I had to spend most of that back on 2 lawyers) not to end up with a burglary/felony conviction but a lowly criminal trespassing misdemeanour so I could keep my VISA and come back to America any time I want
