Dude honestly why are you on a bodybuilding forum. You really have nothing to do with it.

When is the last time you picked up a weight?
Lol!!! I pick up weights 4 times a week. It ranges, but can be up to 100 pounds.

I am natural, and drink alcohol regularly. That gives you my shirtless pic.

On a side note: That is the most tiresome comeback ever. Getbig is so much more than bodybuilding.

Ron's website (according to sources) is valued at over 2 million dollars.

Don't change a fucking thing.

Nobody is advocating a woman becoming a fat slob while pregnant. At the same time, do we want a third trimester woman on a treadmill?

Absolutely yes.

We live in a tropical country - very hot & humid.

So 30-45 mins walking on a treadmill when pregnant, in a nice air conditioned gym is the best thing for her.

I'm not even sure why you are arguing this. Maybe you are drunk.  Ok - not MAYBE...

But if ever you wanted to paint a big red target on yourself here, it's arguing against things you know fuck all about (pregnancy& women) which are related to fatness (people in glass houses).

Return to the vodka, you are probably out of breath with all this talk of aerobic exercise.

I have, you are just ignoring it.

Last time though.

Being fit going into childbirth makes the birth and recovery easier for mom.

But also, it helps them on a day to day basis. The extra weight is a real pain to carry and being fit help immensly.

Fit pregnant women have less issues during pregnancy also.

As for when a woman should stop, depends on a lot of variables. My wife was good pretty much to the end. Last few weeks are a killer but not so much for a woman that has stayed fit throughout.

Now - ask me again.

You finally gave me proper information. There is no need to argue. You obviously went through it.

Congrats on the baby.

Who the fuck is "we"? And what business is it of yours and your troupe whether she's on a treadmill?

A person can work out (or not, for that matter) at any time they want and for any reason they want. Male or female. Pregnant or not. Fat or skinny. What the fuck business is it of yours and why should anyone justify their actions to you, you sequined scrotum sucking schmuck?

So bouncing up and down on a treadmill (let's say at 9 months prego) is healthy for the baby?

You don't think the kid is bouncing in a water globe?

Obviously Shizzos job at Walmart has allowed him to become an expert in the medical field. So its quite apparent he knows everything about labor. Lifting those boxes at walmart and stocking those shelves is serious business. Through this fine trade and extremely technical job, Shitzo has learned the finer points of Gynecology. Walmart has prepared him to give expert advice on exercise and pregnancy.

From WEBMD

Maintaining a regular exercise routine throughout your pregnancy can help you stay healthy and feel your best. It can also improve your posture and decrease some common discomforts like backaches and fatigue. There is evidence that it may prevent gestational diabetes (diabetes that develops during pregnancy), relieve stress, and build more stamina needed for labor and delivery.

If you were physically active before your pregnancy, you should be able to continue your activity in moderation. Don't try to exercise at your former level; instead, do what's most comfortable for you now. Low impact aerobics are encouraged versus high impact. Do not let your heart rate exceed 140 beats per minute. The pregnant competitive athlete should be closely followed by an obstetrical provider.

If you have never exercised regularly before, you can safely begin an exercise program during pregnancy after consulting with your health care provider. Do not try a new, strenuous activity. Walking is considered safe to initiate when pregnant. The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology recommends 30 minutes or more of moderate exercise per day on most if not all days of the week, unless you have a medical or obstetric complication.

Sorry Brah, that is a very individual answer. It says moderation. Walking is considered safe for woman new to working out.

So in conclusion.......... exercise at your own risk.

Right, because being on a treadmill, necessarily, involves "bouncing"... because it's not like women walk or do other activities while pregnant... because doctors don't advise pregnant women to walk.

You don't think the kid is bouncing in a water globe?

What I think is not relevant. My thoughts and opinions are not binding on other people.

Where are the scientists? Not the Narcissists.

Well, I don't know if a medical doctor and spokeswoman for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists qualifies as a scientist, but here's what Dr. Laura Riley, a high-risk pregnancy expert, has to say: "You need to be physically active during pregnancy. It has terrific benefits that are associated with a better pregnancy outcome and even shorter labors. It's a win-win for baby and for mom." (source)

No shit, you Walmart moron.

Moderation is the key. They are not endorsing a pregnant women bench press 500 pounds and I am sure the women at planet fitness was not.

Research has shown that exercise is healthy during pregnancy and perfectly fine. Plain and simple.

My energy is low Shizzo, but I'll throw these out...

Look up gestational diabetes, effects exercise will have on this.

As well as exercise's effect on reversing the slowed gastric motility (AM sickness) induced by progesterone increase in 1st trimester.

As well as what we all know about the general health benefits regarding moderate exercise for every person in every stage of the life cycle.

Do you think mothers should leave their children by large bodies of water, post birth?

Or should we get real about that too?

You said that...right here:

What's the benefit of working out while pregnant? Okay the first month..... but why bother after that.

Be fat, merry, and have a healthy baby. worry about working out after.

We've all shown you that your stance is wrong you dumb fuck. This isn't even debatable. You must be drunk.

Fat doesn't mean healthy and in most cases means the opposite....UNHEALTHY.

What is wrong about it? You dont have to exercise to have a healthy baby.

How many pregnant women do you see in the gym?
