Cutler was the most overrated bodybuilder of all time. He only won, due to the fact that he had no competition. He wouldn't have even cracked the top 10, let alone the top 6 in the 1990's. Many say that Yates was overrated, but look who he beat!
Cutler was blocky, with a 50" waist, absolutely NO striations in his upper body and the worst arms in the business, had the soft look, as though he was always in offseason condition. He never imo had the wow factor. Levrone, Yates, Wheeler, Ray, Sonbaty, Coleman, Cormier, Dillett, Demayo, Priest, Clairmonte, Francois, Taylor and even Ruhl, Schlierkamp, Munzer, James, were in another league in their prime. Cutler couldn't shine their shoes. The only competition Cutler had, was an aging and broken down Coleman, Dexter Jackson (a poor man's version of Shawn Ray), Victor Martinez and Melvin Anthony (2 guys who would have both placed outside of the top 10 in the 90's, and Wolf, who was a little more impressive (at times) than Ian Harrison (and we know how he placed in the 90's). Honestly, I wouldn't even put Cutler ahead of guys like Matarazzo or Baker (in their prime).
