It is Leo Robert. He is a French Canadian and pronounces his name Ro' bear. He owned a gym in Montreal and I visited him in 1965. He had some of the best abs ever and won a NABBA Mr Universe title.

He won Mr Canada in 1951.

Sam Fuller (the director) mentions in his autobiography crossing paths with McFadden. Guy used to walk like 30 miles a day. Total nutbar.

his father looks like he  used the system too.  couldn't find the regular pic of hise so i used that one. i stand corrected, thanks. ;D
