Here`s a good plan that I used last year:
I got shredded for a contest that I never made it to.....long story.
Rather than just look halfway decent (for me anyway,I know I`m a nobody),I decided to eat ultra clean just like I did during my prep,BUT,in the middle of the week,I ate one cheat meal which would consist of anything I felt like eating,then right backk on the diet.
On one of the weekend days, (I picked Sunday ),I would eat whatever I wanted to eat all day and all night long,then right back on the diet again on Monday.
I did zero cardio,minimal gear,and I stayed between 5-6 % bf all year long.
If you decide to do something along these lines,get lean first,then on the cheat meal/cheat day thingy,eat what you want,but keep it sane as far as portion size is concerned.
