Are you sure you wont come to regret those words about making emotional threads about yet another e-romance????

You have to appreciate the chemical balance has changed, those estrogenic qualities have long subsided.

Have you not noticed my sex addition spiraling out of control recently with ever more frequent visits to various whore houses and talk of my upcoming Getbig themed porno movie with Petra Davis?

Has the old Joon died and been replaced by a newer update?

Time will tell

Kind regards

Please no more Pict. of the flat, pancake shaped horrendous looking ass, you have to pay for!

Well here is the theory that was explained to me by my endocrinologist. Google

Essentially what he said was that I had to factor in the fact that taking exogenous test would quickly shut down my natural testosterone production so that "250mg" additional test injected won't really be 250mg because it will simply replace the natural shutdown that occurs.

Hence why he advised while 500mg was a more riskier dose, it made more sense for bodybuilding purposes.

If you look at most steroid boards they do recommend 500mg as a standard beginner cycle protocol and I don't believe it to be particularly high dose.

Also bearing in mind I take test e with long ester, I think 500mg is ok than say it it was propionate, although that's debatable.

I probably shouldn't have gone to 750mg but in all honesty I feel that's a good spot for me right now.

I mean if I add more orals in etc I will probably reduce down to 500mg.

Kind Regards

fixed.

Endocrinologist.   ;D

No on the contrary I can post up doctors letters, blood works etc, although obviously I would scribble out the specific names/details.

In fact I will go so far as to tell you I get my test from LLoyds Pharmacy at the Royal Free Hospital in hampstead

Go on then.
Do it within 5 minutes and I believe you.

Then why bother with keto at all? Just go low-calorie with a balanced diet that has glycogen in it. You'll lose a similar amount of weight. Keto's stupid, I'm never doing it again.

Keto is a starvation measure the body takes when carbs aren't available. If the body really preferred Ketosis, it would be the default state.

IMO, you wanna get enough carbs so that glycogen stores are at least adequate, but not so many that blood sugar is chronically high.

Oh I know. I did it multiple times, the longest of which was 3 months. And that was three months without a carb-load day or anything. I really did deplete and my calories went down to about 1300. But then the weight loss stopped except for trace amounts. My only theory is that my metabolism slowed and I lacked the motivation to do cardio and get rid of the last vestiges of fat.

I get my best results using 100-200 carbs. Not 20, not 300.

hehe, yeah and we get legit genotropin gh without having to fuck around but it costs a shit load.

If I I didn't have insulin issues, i'd take it. ;D

In the US, you'd have a better shot asking for a 60 day supply of Oxy than a scrip for test depot.

Yeah, that's the right range for an active person. I get that via a weekly cycling routine. I do 50 for 5 days and 200-250 for two days. IMO, the best way to not go over the carb limit is to avoid grains: bread/pasta/rice. I've found eliminating these foods gives you a leaner look as they all hold a lot of water.

The typical blimp we see everywhere in America is on a high-everything diet. Blood sugar is through the roof from excess carbs. Every bit of fat eaten gets stored as fat. The body gets abused internally on all levels, and the end game is obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer.

I don't have diabetes just the center I go to deals with diabetics etc No family history either.

Although having said that I have suspected for longest time that I might be prediabetic because I used to be obese and drink like fucking shit loads alcohol and like 6-8 cans of coke a day, eating shit, playing pokers and otherwise being a fucktard.

Having said that when they did test they said I was ok.

My fasting blood glucose always around 4 when doing keto diet.

When eating carbs they creep up to 5.3 ish.

When I was injecting 4IU Genotropin the raised to 5.7

When I was injecting 8IU Genotropin that put me up to fucking 6.5 and if I hit 7 officially that's diabetic

I didn't want to fucking inject insulin so doc said quit that shit now hence why I stopped the GH otherwise I would take it in heart beat.

GH make you feel so good mentally, nice and relaxed not ansy like test.

That why I recommend you think about it.

Fuck off sugar shaker.

That's fine use him, he's good guy, comes highly recommended, sort out your low test issues, just get private medical insurance if you don't have already!
Rather scummy of you to drag a health care professional into your Internet feuds. I wonder what he'd do if he knew you were posting confidential paperwork on here just to win a thread.
