Hey folks,
I am going looking to shed approximately 20 pounds by August. Currently I am 210, approx. 15% body fat (can see abs). I just had shoulder surgery, so I cannot workout for 6-8 weeks, although I can do cardio. I'm open to any input.

Prior to my shoulder surgery, based upon my activity level I had a maintenance caloric intake of 3100. However as I won't be working out whatsoever, I'm not sure how dramatically I should adjust my maintenance level. I imagine that 2700ish would probably be my new maintenance level, given that I will still do daily cardio. If anyone feels it should be different (or my calories lowered/adjusted) please input!
The burgers for Meal 2 are an inexpensive alternative to making my own, and money is a bit tight due to my shoulder surgery prohibiting me from working for a while.
Thanks folks.
Cheers.
