If you're a fatty-boom-batty, test is a BAD IDEA at ANY dose. I know this because I made that mistake. 10 to 12% Is a good staring point. Diet. Diet. DIET. That's what ALL this shit should be based on if you are over 35.
Low carbs, a bit of test and some anavar, plus exercising like a wild savage has given me results.
