5 minutes in :)

Awwww Jesus, I do those about every chest workout. I thought there was a difference between cable flyes and crossovers, but I guess not. I guess I'm just another cable crossover twink. I'd never take up both sides of a multi-station cable machine though.

Why do bodybuilding videos always have shitty metal music in the background? Why can't they just show it with the people training and nothing else?

Once Ron added the "Big" to my name, I only do hammer strength seated chest press, where I turn my body sideways on the chair and do one arm at the time.

Try it, wicked squeeze.

Was that fag on the jason genova video correct when he said to touch elbows on canle flys?

I don't do them because my boobs bounce all over the place (muscle is underneath implants) and it distracts not only myself but others in the gym.

 :o :o  I'd like to see that.....
Video or pics or it didn't Happen. ha ha.

Don't make eye contact with the weights and you're safe.

If chest happens to fall on a Sunday afternoon I might do them but at the time I normally train not a hope of getting both cables. Can't do many pressing movements at the moment because of shoulder so they would be nice but not waiting +2mins to do an exercise.

Haha, yes it is.  If there's a gayest body part to train it is definite pecs.

Training the adductors in that machine that looks like a gynecologist's chair is definitely gayer.

I really enjoy cable crossovers and find them to be a good finishing movement, love the squeeze.  :-X  :-\

I did cable crossovers today at the end of my chest workout but that was the exception - just to do something different for a change. Normally I don't do them as I don't feel they work very well. Much prefer the pec-deck we have in our gym - can get a much better squeeze and stretch and it feels like more of the chest is being worked.

That's the inner struggle I have. They're gay, but they add thickness to my quads.

Physio told me to do them. Just did wide stance squats. Can't squat now but in my new gym the gee press as we call it (gee = vagina) is only in women's area. Sorry IT band but not worth it.

There's an alternative version. Sit on a bench between a cable crossover, grab both cables and place your hands between your knees.
Sumo like squats are -contrary to common belief- not that effective for the adductors, see http://www.ergo-log.com/squatsadductors.html

I probably need more patience but after getting injured any time I squatted I just gave up and started doing lunges/leg press and leg extensions. I'm paying out E250 min on physio for my shoulder now, squat issue is tight extensors and knees so really don't feel like paying tons of physio with a holiday coming up.

Kind of derailing thread but tangent is a Greek word...

If you got injured squatting it simply means that you where using improper form, use lighter weights and higher reps put on a lifting belt and practice your form.

Strictly anecdotal so take it with a grain of salt, but I get the greatest amount of gay thoughts and imagery whenever I train pecs.

Coincidence? You tell me.

I've been doing them on a regular basis the last several years.  They're a real shoulder saver.  I'll superset pushups w/crossovers, then superset pushups w/a pressing movement.  My shoulders haven't felt this good since my 20's and i have commendable chest development.  If you're in this for longevity, reduce the heaving pressing and add some crossover/fly work.  You're elbows and shoulders will thank you.
