It's best to do all of them but if you don't want TIAOP (20" arms of peace) you can get by with only doing some of them.

Turns out the appropriate number was 64. 65 if one count the odd one I did with my left arm for no good reason.

I don't want to over do it. I have heard bicep is easy to over train.

I'm just starting training.

So I could probably do more but would it be benefit or have adverse effect, that's the question.

Do you know it it's good to workout biceps and triceps in the same workout?

I did 60 tricep curls as well and got the best pump in my arms since in a long time.

60 reps for each is about right. It will increase because I will get even better. But one must not over do it.

The first/heaviest weight u started with 1-2 rep

Rest 10-15 seconds (as above)

Have a nice puke

Why would you puke from biceps training? ???

Must have a heart/condition of a 90 year old (of peace).

depends.

normal? maybe 3 sets of 3 movements 10 reps a piece.. so 90 reps total?

running igf1? 3 sets of 3 movements, 20 reps a piece.. so 180.

give or take 20-30 with brach movements.
