been having a tight groin lately {no homo} but like a dummy kept training and training instead of resting and letting it heal.

....first time busting it around the bases Tuesday night and I felt a little pop $:-\$ ...been icing it non stop and no black and blue but really sore and swelling.

Unfortunately time to bring this back.

Broken blood vessel in my nose has led to a week of non stop bleeding. 3,4 sometimes 5xs a day. And not like a normal nose bleeds it was bad so I finally went to the hospital.
Fun times, three times they stuck a stick with hot gluey shit on it up my nose to try to stop it.
2:30 AM last night and it started again $:-\$
Any kind of exertion,any

starts it again so I just have to chill the next couple of days and hope it heals.

...And no I don't do coke!

Done but still bleeding, Hospital said give it day or two and it should stop.

Thats what they did and it's better but still getting little nose bleeds from exertion. Shoveled the snow from my driveway yesterday and it started again just not as bad.
