An Nguyen-If he was remotely hard/dry,he`d look insane

Higa and Farnsworth looked the best in the 212........almost like they didn`t overcrowd their frame with way too much size..........what a concept.

Sad thing is physiques that are shredded don't even place now

Ex: stan mcquay has that old school shredded look , this was him recently at the arnold. face sunken in , just shredded. Back then this would be a top notch physique in bbing, now this would be lucky to get 10 place
