Cutler...How small?

He's basically gone from 250-260 at the 2013 Olympia to about 225 in these pics with off-season condition. Hard to blame them.

i think he was lighter than that at the 'o',never seen him sweats and long sleeve look so 'sucked down'and he wasn't in 09 level of hardness/seperation.he always has some form of abs even offseason ,of course peak 290/300 he was just massive'ronnie years'.

i hear you,but sure did not look it.260/270 jay onstage was huge ,he was def down in size/fullness.dosen't matter he's lucky he landed 6th and i was rooting a top 3 for him lol..

That's the point. If it 'looks' fine, the trick is working. We all do it, man. You spray or gel your hair and cover up the bald spot at the back. Take pictures from the front only. Where's the last time you saw the back of his head? Not everyone loses their hair through an obvious receding widow's peak. Jay seems to be of the generalized thinning variety. Look at any old pic of him and now, it's night and day.

Yup, sadly I'm going through the exact same situation as Jay is with my hair. I'm 36. It started when I was 28/29, but barely noticeable. Even now, when I wear my hair like Jay's, I conceal quite a bit. There's no apparent bald SPOT, but, it's thinning.

I have a full head of hair also, just trimmed it to 3mm and have a reliable shadow with now recession. But when I let it grow longer and part it down the middle, I can see a faint crop circle forming at the back/top of my scalp. It's like the top portion of my head has become a sort of island and has two lines separating it from the sides. First sign of thinning.

This seems unlikely to me.  I've never seen anyone's balding initiate right in the middle / directly on top of their head.

Then you haven't seen many balding heads.

I'm like the 3rd and 4th pic. It's less noticeable on me, because my hair's curly/wavy, but if you're taller than me, or if I bend down, you can see it.

he looks like crap in a 'crab'pose he looks best with hand clasped or hands hip,and you could see he loses his delts badly in that pose,and his chest is down as well compared to 06 it was fuller and sat higher and delts were capped full .legs seperation always was solid but even '13'he was smaller in mass in the quads and it was expected he didn't prepare full steam.

36 is almost middle age for a healthy man. It's nothing to feel insecure about at that age. It's being bald in your 20s, early 30s that is hard to take.

Most obvious losses have been his forearms and biceps. He shoots oil in the bis but the forearms are damaged.

when its all said and done,this pic hear the 'healthy'lol jay is still a tank,delts/traps/chest to walk around convention and pump 3/4 days a week semi heavy weight but significantly less than he did at his peak is still impressive,i wouldn't mind that size/look period..

As i said, they looks way thinner compared to the past... He keeps that short haircut, plus gel or spray, seems the trick is working and the balding isn't noticeable still...

I do shave the sides and the top/back pretty short, so it does give the illusion that I don't have much hair. If I grow it out, it can still appear that I have a lot of hair, but there's no way you can grab it from the top like you could a few years ago (the same places where Jay is losing his).

Hair looks thicker when it's buzzed short. Mine looks thinnest when it's about 2-3" long. The thinness of it fails to cover the crown pattern at the back.

Either way, I'm 29. At 36 it'll be much worse.

Unfortunately you will. At 29 I was nowhere near where I am today. Looking back on some pics, it's night and day how much it's thinned out on top in that short period of time. It's a bitch, but if I lose it, I lose it.
