3 times a week I do 3 sets of 30 reps unilateral extensions, then 3 sets of 30 reps unilateral leg curls, 3 sets of lunges with 20lbs plates in eah arm for 30 reps and 3 sets of calf raises with my bodyweight (20 reps).

Is this all you are doing to strengthen your injured calf? No single-leg work? No short jumps?

20 pound plates in each arms for lunges my god  :o that means 90 percent of the woman at my gym are stronger than you.
