1. I took a gym lockeroom shot about a week 1/2 or so ago..sent it to a few guys.  I didn't want it up here because the lockeroom, hat I wear, Id be easily identified.
2. my gyno has flared up since that  pic,  its obvious...so unless I have a damn good reason to post a pic its not happening until it gets cut out. and  I have no reason to.  everyone here that needs to know can tell by the before and after look in such a short time period that  I was clean in every picture I posted in that anabolic halo thread.

Not trying to be a dick, bud..but you really have no right to call out anyone on pics. to this day You never posted a picture to verify you weren't that  creepy guy in the photo, and I never even asked you to post it publicly. I know a powerlifter who hit 450 raw and can't get 385 on the incline.

guy can incline bench 225 for 10 reps- he's not a pussy
275 for 10 reps- strong guy
315 for 10 reps- badass dude
405 for 10 reps- freak...legit 500-550 lb bencher

I'd suggest these numbers are very skewed towards one who uses hormones/drugs. As usual.

How many natural lifters can boast an incline (fully to chest, controlled and free of spotter "hands") of 315 or greater? For even ONE rep? Ten?! C'mon.

And a lifter boasting a 450 flat and a 385 incline seems MORE than reasonable.

Do you know what you're talking about? Doesn't seem so.

we use the metric system here homo.....we do 120 kg dumbells for 15 as a warmup.

I inclined 315 naturally. I know other guys who have as well. Im also a fairly tall guy, not 275 pounds, and have no powerlifting background unlike yourself.
