I'm so fing hungry and sick of water >:(

Other then that things are going good.  I got up this morning and did 55 minutes of cardio...the most this year.  It wasn't too bad but I hate doing circuits...they seem like such a waste of time.

As far as carbs/I am doing 50 today, 30 tomorrow and 0 on wednesday...until after I lift and then I will start loading.  Wednesday after lifting I will have roughly 100 carbs (a banana and some raisons and probably a white potato), same in the morning/afternoon and then I will switch to complex carbs the rest of Thursday and Friday.  It seemed to work well though I have never felt that shrinking feeling that people talk about when they carb up.  Maybe the taraxatone will help.  Most likely I will just take the taraxatone Firday afternoon/evening and maybe Saturday morning but if any of you have other suggestions let me know as I have never really used it.

I think my water went well last week but I am using the taraxatone to hopefully get just a hair tighter.  I have been water loading since Thursday (2 gallons) which I am tired of and I go to 1 gallon on Thursday and 1/2 Gallon Friday stopping all drinking at roughly 5ish though maybe a little later.

Ok, well I am still hungry...oh and Blck I may stop by tomorrow to get that, could you please bring it with you???  Thanks.

I'll bring it. No worries, mate!

I would use the taraxatone as directed on the bottle.

I think thats a good idea for you especially going into that particular show...plus you can make adjustments for the JR Nats...

It should help shed a little bit of extra water out of you. Just go strictly as the label says on the bottle. Holla!

Hey everyone, enough about your penis's  ::)

Things are going good, I have started the tanning process which SUCKS but hopefully I can come closer to perfecting my color this time around.  The Dream Tan definitely helped last week but I was still a little light.

Other then that carb loading has been a little bit of a treat as for the first 24 hours I allowed myself raisons and bananas...it was WONDERFUL.  Now I am on straight oatmeal or sweet potatoes and chicken-yum yum.  Well, I need to get some beauty sleep-hope you all have a great night and I am only 36 hours away from the stage  ;D

Here's a pic of Jennifer and Yvette after the contest on Saturday. Jennifer looked great in winning her class and Yvette also looked awesome in the contest. Jennifer should look fantastic for the Jr. Nationals in another month.

Jennifer and Yvette look beautiful here...great shot! Both ladies did well in competition. Yvette just OWNED the stage...her posture, her poise...she genuinely looked like she was having the time of her life on the stage...great job!

Jennifer looked like a PRO among ametures. She won her class out of 9 other girls to be ROBBED by a she-male ex BB girl turned 'figure?' I give my respect to the overall figure winner but after Jennifer was announced in 2nd place...a wave of 'Boo's' and 'gasps' and 'whaaaat???' was heard throughout the entire crowd. What is the standard the judges in Illinois are looking for? That was the question going around the expo hall there...everybody was floored with the announced winner. It's okay...Jennifer got what she wanted there and will be gunning for JRNATS.

A winner NEVER quits and a quitter NEVER wins...

Hello all!

Well, the weekend went ok, I ended up winning my class again and not winning the overall:(  I wasn't too upset, the girl who won was bigger then me but I think on a National stage I may end up better off.  To me she looked like a bodybuilder (she actually made the switch last year), her upper body was great but her lower body was a little over-developed.  Other then that, the girls were fantastic and the girl who came in second to me looked amazing.  I don't have many pictures but I will post a couple.  Thanks John for the support-it was great seeing you this weekend.

Also, here is a link to a friends website-he takes pictures at many of the shows and he just posted pics from the show.  I was in the short class (FILE ISC-Womens Figure Short).  The girl who took second is the gorgeous blonde in the picture that I posted at the end (I was #8, she was #7).   The overall winner was from the Tall class, you can see those pics from the link as well (File ISC-Women's Figure Tall).

(Lostboy if you want me to remove this let me know-thanks for all the pictures though ;))

Great Job, "Beast"!

Although the overall winner had more size, I thought you were in better condition, especially in the legs.

Definitely some beautiful women at that show. You, of course, being one of them.

I found the thread.  Cool.  So Beast, I don't mind you putting the link or pictures up.

You know, before the show, I saw you walking around out in the lobby area, and never having seen you compete yet, my eyes almost fell out of my skull.  You looked freakin' AMAZING!  I litterally did a double take, and then whispered to myself "Wow".   :o  Congratulations on your win . . . AGAIN!!!  I think you're gonna make it a "turkey" at Jr. Nationals.  I'll be there to watch it.   ;)

It's just so cool that I actually know somebody that's winning contests!   ;D

Lostboy

Yep, good observation, I have no boobs when I am dieted...see boobs are all fat and when I get lean I lose my fat and therefore my boobs get smaller.  Sorry I don't want to go under the knife just for Figure Competitons but thanks for reminding me that I am flat ::)

Ok, I've been reading this thread from the beginning, trying to resist commenting on things that are months old, but I have to comment on this one.  Beast, I think you're awesome for not going under the knife for this.  I think it's gross when some competitors get all kinds of plastic surgery to compete.  I won't name any names, but I think you get the idea.  Cudos to you Beast, and I think you look great just the way you are.  OBVIOUSLY!
Thanks,
Lostboy

Oh and Bast...with Blockhead it is more like the mid-80's with his tapered workout pants and fanny pack ::)

Hey!  That's how I dress!  The fanny pack is for my diabetic supplies though.  It's better than carrying around a freakin' medical bag all the time, that I have to explain to people.   ::)  And yes, I am a Child of the Eighties.   ;D
Thanks,
Lostboy
