...and to a lesser extent my bicep workouts but definitely worst with back workouts.My forearms ALWAYS end up having the most excruciating pumps that they will fail way before my back does especially towards the middle or end of the workout.Straps (which I mostly don't use either) don't seem to help much.Only thing which seems to help a bit is that I am having to do some tricep pulldowns in between sets just to take blood away from the forearms.I think its the GH causing this problem because it got way worse than B4.Annoying as shit, how to deal?
