lol crash dieting.

it never fails to amuse me how many guys will vehemently disparage something without ever trying it first.

when gal and I came out w our fasted / 800-1k cal rotation we were called everything but white men. that won't work it's impossible it's unhealthy its crash dieting you'll have no energy you'll lose muscle. lol

all from guys who have never tried it. fear of the unknown takes people out of their comfort zones. it's easier it disparage something than it is to embrace it if it is foreign to you.

I'm tired of fighting and trying to bang this into people's heads.

Why diet on 800 calories when you could diet on 2,500 calories and get the same results? Are you anorexic? I am starving on 3,500 let alone 2,500 and love food...800 would not be worth living life. Sorry.

-no such thing as "correct" way to diet. There's more effective and less effective, no one size fits all solution.
-EIGHT cans of tuna?? Mercury! You have to work yourself up to eating anything more than two or three cans a week.

Actually there is. Won't see many pro level physiques on 800 calories..Drugs or not. Mentzer ate <2,000 in the weeks leading up to a show, and that was very low compared to the previous months. And he was on a shit ton of drugs including amphetamines, take from that what you will.

You can do it with any non fatty fish they all suck equally as bad.

Temper, compare lean body mass against calories consumed, you'll probably find that pound to calorie these guys eat less proportionately. They just require more overall

Yes, 20 weeks later.
I only eat around 2000-2500 cals a day to maintain 225lbs at 5-10 at around 9/10%

Yes it's about dieting quicker rather than dragging it out 16 plus weeks. Don't see how people lose weight on 2500 calories.

Day one I tend to feel a bit drained, I still train as hard as I can each session, by day three your body seems to adapt to the low carb/cals and I get more alert and the senses seem to sharpen, I cant explain why, maybe its due to the fact that Im not bogged down with all the food.
I was always a big believer in carbs and I still eat them when Im maintaining as I enjoy them.
For losing weight quickly they really have no place in your diet.
I can lose weight eating carbs and also by just eating a bit less, but when I want to do it quickly then carbs have to go.
Im on holiday in 3 weeks and want to look a bit better onthe beach.

Been saying it for years,always use a fiber supplement with plenty of water whether dieting or not.

There not just for old folks,and a big plus when dieting.

I have insomnia anyway gets worse when hungry

also when I go zero carbs I piss like a racehorse at night  ???

The pissing like a racehorse should only last 2 or 3 days until all the water from the glycogen is out.

I sleep better if not hungry but Im not too bad zero carb.
As for pissing, after three days Im pretty much pissing out what Im putting in.
I do always piss a lot when I get up but only occasionally do I get up in the night.

when i'm in a hurry i just pour a sachet of fybogel into my shakes
like a complete meal replacement to me lol
