how can you train intensely on only this?
Day one I tend to feel a bit drained, I still train as hard as I can each session, by day three your body seems to adapt to the low carb/cals and I get more alert and the senses seem to sharpen, I cant explain why, maybe its due to the fact that Im not bogged down with all the food.
I was always a big believer in carbs and I still eat them when Im maintaining as I enjoy them.
For losing weight quickly they really have no place in your diet.
I can lose weight eating carbs and also by just eating a bit less, but when I want to do it quickly then carbs have to go.
Im on holiday in 3 weeks and want to look a bit better onthe beach.
