Way too few calories. I lost 7lbs in a week by eating 2800 calories. chicken/oatmeal/vegetables (in nutribullet) for the win
I would have lost the same amount of weight eating that many calories if I had just eaten protein sources.
I have lost a lot of water weight which was my goal, Im not dumb enough to think I have lost a lot of fat.
Eating what Im eating at the moment isn't a massive ordeal for me, in fact I struggle getting all the steak down in the afternoon.
