If you are indeed getting surgery to correct your deformity then do not snort coke after surgery as it will really damage the work the surgeon does. It takes up to 2 years for a nose job to heal fully. You don't want to do coke and fuck it all up. My swelling went down after 14 months and I did everything right.

My nose looked fine. I was happy with it and only got surgery as a last resort to clear infections and make breathing better. You can look at any pics prior to surgery and it looks good... Unlike yours.
