Nice 'stache BTW. All you need is an Hawaitian shirt and your neighborhood will be felon-free in no time.

I think I look pretty good for a natty in those pics  :D :D

Every day look, easy to maintain, what women want.

I absolutely guarantee and stand by the fact that if I wanted to come in single digit body fat even in those natty pics I could do it within 6-8 weeks tops.

When I cut I cut really hard, talking like 800-1200 cals a day less than 30g carbs etc, ECA etc, twice a day cardio etc.

That's why I never wanna do it cos I have absolute no reason to feel like shit constantly, what does it achieve?

You think you can go from that to single digit in 6 weeks?
I really am not going to comment on this kind of delusion, this borders paranoia.
You are over 25 % bf hope this helps.

You are the delusion one my friend no disrespect I am no more than 15-17 BF there, just holding tons of water.

Besides as I said its an old natty pic.

My waist is 32 inch there at 183lb, I am 203lb now anyway.

I can go from that pic to this (old natty pic too) which is about 13% BF (literally within 3 weeks doing keto)

This is what I look like now at 203lb...on a bulk up to 220 on first cycle ever of test

I added 20lb + solid within 8 weeks.

Great responder and i ain't even touched the real stuff like tren yet.

I even have my posing routine down to a T, having never done it before.

I am gonna fucking rape the physique division and piss all over guys like Rob Ritches and Lazar within like 1 year max.

I ain't even that fat, I even doubt after I drop bit of water I am more than even 15% considering all the shit I eat I think that pretty phenomenal actually.

I can lose weight real quick.

Always had problem keeping muscle so I don't care I am gonna go ahead and do a dirty bulk.

Nothing wrong with that its proven and worked over the years for most bodybuilders.

This whole bullshit about being scared to bulk is just bollox.

More muscle you have easier gonna be to cut anyway.

Post up one little topless pic for us for once, you never post up anything, just cover your face.

I wanna see how long before I catch you.

Hey bro, what was the name of that burger you talked about the morning after that 4 hour session a few days ago?

Sounded fucking delicious at the time. Been thinking about grabbing one but can't recall which one it is.
