Paco did not get his size from heavy duty low volume training.. He gained his size from volume training..

too much talking.. and no music or headphones? I couldn't have a good workout with all the talking and chuckles and questions between sets.

also... wtf is paco doing wearing a freaking FUBU jersey!?!?

How long did it take you to learn Spanish Kyomu? Sounds very good. Was it more difficult than learning English or easier?

Thank you. It took me about three years to learn and speak like this. English is much easier i think. But, when it comes to hearing, english is more difficult.

Marcos Chacon said same thing to him also. But he didnt make even one because of his laziness.
Unfortunately he is not in good size now. He weight 123kg around but he is smaller than before.
This morning i measured his arm and it was 52cm cold. In his top shape, he owns 57cm cold.
I will film next video about his arm in next saturday. And he will say that  he will be back in shape again with 57cm cold and 60cm pumped. So Stay tuned!
