Id say its pretty even between pushing and pulling....i was sure there'd be more pullers.

Maybe there are more UNDISCOVERED pullers.  It seems benching and pec work is more popular and getting a big back takes a little longer, IMO.

Yes I think this is the truth.  They are SENSITIVE pullers and are not comfortable talking about it in public.

I'm definately a puller. My gf has been away for 2 months almost and I've been pulling the whole time.



Blaster, the key is switching hands to keep your symmetry. ;) Thats what I do.

Yeah, very true. 6 more days and I'm off to meet her in Thailand, so I'm gonna give the pulling a rest and hopefully the symetry will balance out a bit.

It's gonna be like a bomb going off in a yoghurt factory!  :o
