I do my own diet and contest prep, not saying its best this way but havent been able to afford a prep coach, also would have to be very friendly with them as I am quite independent.

Dieting down shouldn't be a problem, but maybe you can hire a coach for those last 2 (critical) weeks?

Not holding water, just the exact opposite. He was lean enuff to look much better. I almost pmed him when I saw his pics before the show when he made a comment about using diuretics. Anyway, he seems like a good chap and he will bounce back much better I'm sure. He has great genetics.

yeah some god awful genetics in there.... better condition than most ifbb or npc shows though so gotta hand it to em in that respect. most guys from the UK seem to have odd structures from what I've seen, lot of strange builds ive seen from UK bbers. Ro looks to be one of the best aesthetically, but his conditioning was watery which is a shame cus he coulda been top 3 if he'd nailed it.

Meal 2: 2 chicken fillets
           1/2 cup basmati rice (uncooked measure)

Meal 3: 300mgs turkey mince fried tsp coconut oil
           broccoli
           1 cup oatmeal softened with coconut milk

Meal 4: 400gms organic diced beef
           mixed green salad
           1 tsp olive oil

Meal 5: 2 chicken fillets
           mixed green salad
           2 eggs, 1tsp almond butter

Same foods more of them, more fats, dairy included in moderation, I try to stick to quality food don't like rubbish. But a well made pizza I wouldn't say no
