Lars Ulrich by far.
How this talent-less guy made it this far in the music industry is beyond me.
Despite his lack of studied technique and natural facility, Lars DID play some cool parts ... at one time. Long, long ago. As far as Metallica's legend, it was achieved with a combination of world-class riffs/songs/albums, right-place-right-time factor, Lars's relentless obsession to succeed, and James's standard-setting rhythm attack and precision.
Four records of timeless thrash metal.
Then one solid-as-shit heavy metal album that caught the mainstream with its first single (having said this, I
do not enjoy the effort).
Then ... endless crap and idiocy.
