So I am on a new diet to get ripped its different from what is normally used and so far its working my abs are really comming out, the idea is to eat lots of fat and medium protein and carbs with only 3 meals daily so I dont overeat.
meal 1.
natural whole milk with steel cut oats,cinnamon, honey and 1 banana and apple and 1 tablespoon of fish oil (high carb meal)
meal 2.
white rice with beans ( giving brown rice a break so I use beans to increase fiber in white rice)
brocoli
chicken breast
1 whole avacado and 1 table spoon of fishoil (medium carb meal )
meal 3.
white rice with extra beans
brocoli
4 whole eggs
1 whole avacado
1 tablespoon of fish oil (low carb meal)
