Sure, all the party hacks fell right in line with "Okay, amnesty is cool after all" when Priebus told them to do so, following the 2012 Romney spanking.
But this candidate that defeated Cantor by 10 points while spending a fraction of the $... he ran almost entirely on the anti-illegal-immigration issue, and voters that fat north responded in a big way. The repub BASE turned against this liberal mandate of "oh, we gotta legalize it to win back hispanic voters!"
What happens now? Rand, Jeb, Rubio... they're already on record supporting amnesty/dream silliness. DO they stick with it? Try to scoot back? How many of these blowout losses of RINO incumbents will it take before repubs wisen up? Or do they all wait til the 2014 midterms are over, then BAM, suddenly they all go hard RINO for the prez election? That's what happened in 2010... everyone slurped the Tea Party in 2010, then quietly moved centrist for the RINOmney presidential run.
