What rep range is best for shoulder pressing dumbbells?

With as hugest weight as possibly for such reps, obviously,  ::)

Get them passed to you with your arms fully extended then go down about 3 inches with a spotter assisting you press them back up

100 reps is best for mass and cuts, on another topic I would love to smash your fingers with a hammer so you cant post.

Ok.

I'm at 95 now. I had to put them down and rest several times.

update: 105. I jumped up from the chair and momentum-hoisted the final rep halfway and so by which method I completed 10, with the final psychological rep. But in my mind I know I only did 9. Something that is only known to my deepest inner entity. I never count cheat reps as I am unable to lie, and it is a disservice to self.

now; almost done with 100 reps of bent over pullups of dumbbells for both arms.



Almost done now. And then there will be biceps and triceps, but I am re-evaluating the use for 100+ reps here..

I am thinking 50 of each will suffice if done after other exercises.
