Depends what you mean by "life"- all this I saw Aunt Suzy in Heaven wearing low heels and a cashmere sweater kind of stuff is probably false, wishful thinking or projection of the ego. Oddly enough, women, who are supposed not to have big egos, maintain this sort of belief more than men do. What most really want to know is does the CONSCIOUSNESS survive death. Well, it usually doesn't survive a day. There may be some underlying cosmic consciousness but like the Eastern religions maintain, your ego or personal consciousness is just a spark of the universal whole.
