Stationary bike.
40 min.Its easy on the joints and I can still burn some good cal.

I'm partial to the elliptical trainer I have. Great to go on that and watch a movie.

I will do 20 mins on the stepmill and follow that up with 20 mins on the treadmill


or sometimes

I will just do 30 mins on the treadmill alone.


I like to mix it up a bit.

I'll take that a pedal further to the recumbent stationary bike. ZERO impact and the ability to really pump up your heart rate.

Easy road bike. Get the fuck outside sometime and enjoy riding somewhere 20 miles instead of walking in place for an hour

I do something like this. Go to a track and sprint the straightaways and walk the curves.
