look at your chest full and shaped ,i'm sure you didn't daydream all day until your chest workout about how your going to do inclines first and then so on...
If you are going to get thick upper pecs you will get them with declines.
People dont seem top grasp how the pectoral muscle works.
I challenge anyone to fully flex your pecs and I bet nobody holds their arms out horizontally in front of them or at an incline upwards.
Everyone to a man/woman will do this
