no problem..you gotta experiment to find what works for you, with Palumbos diet he incorporates nuts/shakes/lean protein meal..I found this route doesn't really work for me...I needed fatter meats for meals..once I found the formula my body responded.

I've carbed up 3 times in 10 weeks of prep thus far..sure I had more fullness the next two days or so, but I've found with more red meat/bison it keeps me looking fuller and gives me more energy, also the addition of a creatine supplement works great with this keto diet.
GOOD JOB DUDE,,I like using fish too as good protein source as well.food and lack thereof 'carb wise'is what dials u in.

yes the fatty fishes..salmon/swordfish/sardines..very satisfying to eat.

So a thick upper chest is down to genetics.

Gotcha.
If you have the fibres there they will be stimulated by any exercise, inclines wont make them any bigger, no evidence at all for that.

Also, if its "fact" why doesnt everyone who does inclines have thick upper pecs.
I dont care what all the studies say, look around, the evidence contrary to the studies is staring you in the face.
For the record if I do inclines all I get is a pump in my delts and arms, zippo in the chest.
I wrote about this a few years back. One time, instead of having the typical highish incline that we normally see,  I put the incline on my bench to the 2nd notch. It only has two incline notches. I noticed right away that I was getting a pump in the upper chest/mid. Before it was just a slight upper and front delt pump.

I started on Sunday when I saw this thread. I've done keto before and love it. I'm down 8 pounds to like 178 in seven days (mostly water I guess).

You're right about finding what works for you. I've noticed that when I start to lose it something like Bacon or Pork Sausage gets me right back on track.

I had a bunch of Salmon Sashimi yesterday with Advocado, too good. You can just tell this is the way humans were meant to eat. It's not a "diet" at all.

I'm glad you've found something that works for you, but no carbs is just not for me. The 1 contest I did keto for, I looked extremely flat and was very irritable. Carbs keep me happy and full.
