You need to understand the expectations where very high and since I was not able to meet the deadline I had no choice but to postpone it until the mr olympia.

I have a friend just like you. He come at me and say:
"I'm using this compound and so and so... (...) within the next 3 months i'm going too look awsome!" But the months go by and he look the same. Some months go by and he says:
"I'm using growth now, within 3 months i am going to bring the plastic trophy home!"...
It has been like this for more than a decade. He is in his 40s and still the same crap over and over. Bad genetics and very poor nutrition in his case (and not listening to his friends).
Think about it trainer. Might be your case.
