you think squatting down way deeper then any squat(lifting the weight directly off the floor)  only using one arm is safe?he's fucking using his hip to prop it up.

none of this shit makes any fucking sense, it's crossfit all over. what does this offer a deadlift doesn't? he is literally kicking the weight at a certain point. there is almost no resistence past 45 degrees also, as the weight of the tire acts as a counterbalance.

Get a bar on your back and prepare to squat, you go down into a squat position with every fibre of your musculature supporting your skeletal structure then what do you do, you sit on a box totally relaxing your quads glutes and lower back, the weight still on the shoulders then bears down on the spine, the weakest area (L4 & L5 joints) take all the strain.

Ideal way to blow out a disc.
