It's flat out silly to pretend that Trump's actions aren't, at the
very least, a stunning and nigh unprecedented exercise of power. It certainly goes right up to the line; whether it goes over it, that's something that, ultimately, only the Courts can decide.
With that said, for me, the firing several OIGs without Congressional notification is certainly troublesome, if not blatantly illegal.
The broad, and apparently vindictive, purging of career government officials is a concern.
His action on jus soli is another. Reasonable people can differ on whether the Constitution is clear on this topic but the effective abolition of it, which is broadly seen as an established right under the Constitution, at the stroke of Trump's pen is another.
With all that said, you've got to give it to the Project 2025 people. They did the groundwork that enabled them to hit the ground running.
