Actually one of the worst cases or child rape in the UK was a black British Lord.  If I can remember his name I will post.  He abused the boy anally and it was one of the worst cases of physical harm you can imagine.  I know a few others here know of it, so hopefully they chime in.

Savile was good friends with many of them would have exposed a lot of them had his crimes been uncovered while he was still alive.

I`m assuming you mean D.... L...,he wasn`t a lord,(although his second name sounds like it)but he wrotes speeches for the tory part,was also on big brother a few years back,spoke with a very posh accent,a personal friend of David Cameron,and also "allegedly" involved in the arson attack on a house ful of young boys who had named him to the police.
