Ronnie is a few years younger than me. At my absolute biggest and courtesy of 4 d boll per day and a shot of decca each week I had 19.75 inch arms back in 96. Right now I am a smooth 230 at 5 feet 11 over 50 years old and my arms are 18.5 inches cold this morning, chest 52.
Ronnie looks like shit compared to me and that ain't right.
