You are not off base. In fact, you are completely on target. She is psychotic. How do you explain someone who willfully deforms and modifies themselves to such extreme, just to stand out in something that is nothing more than (although, they will deny it) a beauty pageant.

As someone who once championed Female Bodybuilding, to see what women like Soto have turned themselves into has been nothing short of disturbing and disgusting. I just wonder when once the people in bodybuilding find her no longer appealing, when she continues finishing last or near last, and all the shock and awe of her has gone. What she will do next? There is nothing physically can do. She has already turned herself into her version of Dr. Frankenstein's monster.
